We want every client to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your piece and we'll do our best to resolve the situation. All situations are handled as a case-by-case basis and personalized to every client.
Because of the nature of our products we do not offer refunds. However, please don't hesitate to contact me due to quality concerns. I guarantee the workmanship and will always work with items that may have an issue with the construction.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of this business and the custom design of each product, all purchases, including gift certificates are non-refundable.
