I recently lost my beloved elderly cat, and Sisu Beads made the process of getting a bead made as painless as it could possibly be. I can’t thank Gina enough for her thoughtfulness, positive energy, artistry, and human-centered approach during such a difficult time. When my younger brother unexpectedly passed, my sister and I wanted something infused with his ashes to hold his memory close. I searched online for quite some time before stumbling across the Phoenix bead from Inspire Memorials. My brother had a large Phoenix tattoo so we thought this would be the perfect piece to memorialize him. We chose the color blue for his love of the ocean. We were each able to personalize the bead with different chains and his added initial. Gina’s attention to detail, asking to know more about my brother, sharing her thoughts and experience through e-mail, and following up with a handwritten note were greatly appreciated.
