    First of all customer service is HEARTWARMING. It made feel more comfortable shipping away ashes. The bead is beautiful and even more special to me now.     I was very pleased with my new bead which was of my wonderful yellow lab, ZOE. I will treasure it forever. We do have a wonderful border collie who is 9 yrs,so you will hear from me in the future.

    My mother recently passed and I wanted a way to keep her with me wherever I traveled. I had Gina make three beads 1 for myself and each of my 2 sisters . I cannot say enough about how kind , respectful , and accommodating Gina was to deal with . Thank you
